Products & sizing
How do I choose a size?
Every product page lists bust, waist and hip in inches for S–XL. Measure over a light layer, not over a coat, and compare with the chart. Knitwear gives about an inch: between sizes, take the smaller one for cardigans and the larger one for dresses.
What is the yarn?
Fine merino for the lighter knits, an alpaca-merino blend for the warm ones, and a cotton-merino rib for pieces worn against the skin. Composition and gauge are on each product page.
Will it pill?
Any natural yarn can pill a little where it rubs — under the arm, across a bag strap. A cashmere comb or a small fabric shaver takes it off in a minute, and the surface settles after the first few wears.
How should I wash it?
Hand wash cold with a wool detergent, press the water out in a towel rather than wringing, and dry flat in the shade. Never tumble dry and never hang a wet knit — both stretch it out of shape. Store folded, not on a hanger.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days from Etiwanda, California. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days in the contiguous US, expedited 2–3.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150 in the contiguous US, otherwise $8. Expedited is $18. Alaska and Hawaii are $12 standard, $24 expedited.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. California deliveries include state and district sales tax (7.75% in Etiwanda), calculated at checkout.
Returns & repairs
Can I return something that does not fit?
Yes — 30 days, unworn with tags, free return label on the first return of an order. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Do you repair knits?
Yes. Loose buttons, dropped stitches and small holes are repaired for the cost of postage, for as long as we can match the yarn. Email a photo and your order number and we will quote before you send it.
Can I exchange for another size?
Return the item and place a new order for the size you want — it reserves stock immediately.
