These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the THERESA M VIELLETTE online store at theviellette.shop and all purchases made through it.

Products and orders
We describe items as accurately as we can, including yarn, gauge and measurements. Screen colours vary slightly from real yarn, and natural fibres vary in tone from piece to piece. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline it for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limits, and we will refund anything already paid.
Prices, tax and shipping
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. Shipping costs are shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but not after an order is accepted.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and our Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the catalogue for commercial use, or use the site unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The THERESA M VIELLETTE name, product photography and site copy belong to THERESA M VIELLETTE and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THERESA M VIELLETTE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including implied warranties that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
